Advising foreign and Chinese clients in transactions involving general commercial law, banking and financial law, project finance, and laws and regulations governing foreign investment in China (energy, telecommunication, highway, bridge, harbor construction, water, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, etc.)

Representing clients in arbitration proceedings before various international arbitration institutions - CIETAC (+50 cases); Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (5 cases) and the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. Representing major international banks and syndicate of banks and others business clients in litigation proceedings before all levels of PRC People's Courts, ranging from the Basic Level People's Courts to the Supreme People's Court (+50 cases).

Serving as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings before the CIETAC (+50 cases), before the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in Sweden (3 Cases), and in ad hoc arbitration under Swedish law taking place in Stockholm, Sweden.
Acting as legal expert on Chinese law in proceedings before The High Court of Justice of London and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
