JV insurers get diplomas at Fudan
TWENTY-TWO marketing professionals from AXA-Minmetals Assurance Co - the first Sino-French insurance joint venture - received their diplomas on Sunday from local Fudan University in a Fudan-AXA-Minmetals training and development programme. As part of co-operation between Fudan University and the company, the one-year-long training and development programme requires the trainees, who are all from the company, to pass a total of over 20 subjects, ranging from finance and insurance, marketing training and management. Before the move, the company, which made its business debut last year, has also teamed up with the children from Shanghai Social Welfare Institute for two-day-long charity programmes, including a charity evening gala and a tour to the Ocean World Park in the middle of the month.
