US movie star Arnie back for fund-raising

ARNOLD Schwarzenegger, an international film star as well as the spokesperson for Special Olympics International, will lead a delegation to visit China in May to help raise money for and awareness of the Special Olympics China.
Schwarzenegger will visit Beijing, Shenzhen, and finally Shanghai during May 18 to 22, according to a spokesperson at the Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai yesterday.
Various activities will be held in those three cities to stress the importance of social support for mentally disabled people in China, said representatives from Special Olympics International.
In Shanghai, besides attending a special table tennis competition and meeting with local government officials and volunteers for Special Olympics Shanghai, Schwarzenegger will also attend a charity gala at the Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai and help draw the winning numbers for the Shanghai Glorious Lottery at Shanghai Oriental TV Station on May 21.
A planned Film Week in Westgate Mall for Schwarzenegger's three films is awaiting approval from the local government.
