Food, wine that's a California blend THE California Restaurant on the lobby level of Regal International East Asia Hotel has a rich Californian flavour these days featuring Stonehedge Wines from the Napa Valley and guest chef Kelley Novak from the US state. Stonehedge is serving its Stonehedge Cabernet Sauvigon 1996, 1997 Merlot, 1996 Chardonnay and California Red Super Dry in the restaurant during a joint promotion with United Airlines. All the Stonehedge wines are made from superior quality grapes from the Napa Valley. Chef Novak cooks her special dishes that match well with each wine, such as Kelley's Famous Crabcake over Baby Greens with Remoulade, Pork Tenderloin Salad in Orange Molasses Marinade with Roasted Beet Vinaigrette and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with Sun Dried Cherry. Diners during the promotion, which will last to March 10, will have a chance to win two return tickets from Shanghai to San Francisco on United Airlines.
