Flavours of Alaska
A CHEF from the Shanghai Radisson ASA Lansheng Hotel won the golden award at a recent Alaska seafood culinary competition held in Shanghai. The competition, co-sponsored by the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) and the Shanghai Culinary Institute, attracted more than 80 veteran chefs from well-known restaurants and hotels in Shanghai to participate. According to sources from ASMI China, the competition aims to enrich Shanghai-style dining culture through the introduction of high-quality Alaskan seafoods and provide Shanghai customers with opportunities to taste a wide variety of seafood offerings from Alaska in local restaurants.
