THE Spices Cafe at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Pudong is hosting a Thai Food Festival.

The Green Mango Salad or Deep Fried Fish Cake, followed by soup such as Tom Yam Goong or Tom Kha Gai (spicy chicken soup with lemon grass), offers a light prelude to an entree of Marinated Chicken in Pandan Leaves.

The buffet, priced at 68 yuan per person, is available only for dinner but an a-la-carte menu is always provided.
