  More foreign parties congratulate CPC on National Congress (11/13/2002)

More friendly parties and their leaders in the world have sent congratulatory messages to the Communist Party of China (CPC) on the occasion of the convening of its 16th National Congress.

These parties include the Spanish People's Party, the Nationalist Party of Malta, the Mexican National Action Party, the Democratic Constitutional Rally of Tunisia, the General People's Congress of Yemen, the National Congress Party of Sudan, the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, the Cameroon People's Democratic Rally, the Zimbabwe African National Union, the People' s Movement for the Liberation of Angola, the General People's Congress of Libya, the Iraqi Arab Baath Socialist Party, the Palestine National Liberation Movement, the Hungarian Socialist Party, the Socialist Party of Albania, the Croatian People's Party, the Moroccan Socialist Union of Popular Forces, the Mexican Institutional Revolutionary Party, the Paraguayan Communist Party, the Guinea-Bissau Bafata Resistance Movement, the Social Democratic Party of Austria, the German Communist Party and the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party.

Jiang Zemin, in his report to the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, said the Party's door is open to all positive factors of the society, including private entrepreneurs, foreign-invested firm employees, self-employed businessmen and freelance professionals, he also said that the Party should advance with the times.
