Zhang Dejiang was elected secretary of the Zhejiang provincial committee
of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Sunday.
Five deputy secretaries were also elected during the first session
of the 11th CPC Zhejiang provincial committee.
They are Cai Songyue, Li Jinming, Liang Pingbo, Zhou Guofu and
Qiao Chuanxiou.
Li Jinming was also elected secretary of the CPC provincial committee
for discipline inspection.

Congress of the Communist Party of China, said the Party's door
is open to all positive factors of the society, including private
entrepreneurs, foreign-invested firm employees, self-employed businessmen
