Jianguo elected as CPC Ningxia chief(06/10/2002)
Chen Jianguo was elected as secretary of the Communist Party of
China (CPC) Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee Monday.
At the First Plenary Session of the Ninth Ningxia Hui Autonomous
Regional Committee of the CPC, Ma Qizhi, Han Maohua, Liu Fengfu,
Chen Ximing (female) and Ma Wenxue were elected as deputy secretaries.
Liu Fengfu was also elected as secretary of the CPC Ningxia HuiAutonomous
Regional Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Congress of the Communist Party of China, said the Party's door
is open to all positive factors of the society, including private
