Li Jinai

The following is the biographical sketch of Li Jinai:

Li Jinai, male, 59, Han nationality, native of Tengzhou, Shandong Province, was born in July 1942. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1965 and began to work in September 1966. He joined the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in December 1967. He graduated from the Engineering Mechanics Department of Harbin Institute of Technology. As a university graduate, he holdsthe military rank of general.

He is now a member of the CPC Central Military Commission, political commissar and deputy secretary of the Party committee of PLA General Armament Department.
