Wu Bangguo

Wu Bangguo was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the 10th
National People's Congress (NPC) Saturday morning at an on-going session
of the NPC, China's top legislature.
Wang Zhaoguo and 14 others were elected vice-chairmen of the Standing
Committee of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC), China's
top legislature, Saturday morning at the on-going NPC annual session.
The 15 vice-chairmen are Wang Zhaoguo, Li Tieying, Ismail Amet,
He Luli (female), Ding Shisun, Cheng Siwei, Xu Jialu, Jiang Zhenghua,
Gu Xiulian (female), Raidi, Sheng Huaren, Lu Yongxiang, Uyunqimg
(female), Han Qide, Fu Tieshan.
Sheng Huaren was elected secretary-general of the Standing Committee
of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC).
