Male, born in 1923, of Han nationality, native of Panyu, Guangdong Province.

President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Football Association, the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong; chairman of Henry Fok EstatesLtd. and the Yau Wing Co. of Hong Kong.

Member of the Drafting Committee for the Basic Law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR); vice-chairman of the Preliminary Working Committee of Preparatory Committee of the Hong Kong SAR; vice-chairman of the Preparatory Committee of Hong Kong SAR.

Vice-chairman of CPPCC National Committee since March 1993.

Standing Committee member of 5th and 6th CPPCC National Committee and vice-chairman of 8th and 9th CPPCC National Committee.

Standing Committee member of 7th National People's Congress.
